A Massive Facebook Marketing Campaign

The average person spends over an hour on Facebook per day which is an incredible marketing opportunity. We'll create a custom Facebook marketing campaign for your property that reaches tens of thousands of potential buyers. Bottom line, we know how to turn "likes" into leads.
Check out the chart below. This represents only 30 days of our Facebook advertising campaigns. When tallied, it shows that in a 30 day period we had:

- 8,232 people clicked on our ad links

Below is an example of a Coming Soon Facebook ad we ran. Before our listings are entered in the MLS, Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com we promote them as an exclusive new listings not available anywhere else. Buyers are very interested in homes they can't get anywhere else and these campaigns are fantastic for generating interest in new listings. This house sold in two days for $40,000 above the Zillow "Guesstimate".
This Facebook ad we designed for a listing reached over 9,300 people. The ad showed only eight photos. The buyers were required to register with their email address in order to view 25 photos, the asking price, and street address. We then emailed them several times over a three week period asking if they had questions about the house or would like to schedule a showing. This led to several showings from buyers who registered from the ad.
This ad highlighting our excellent Main Line schools went viral! Almost 13,000 saw this ad and over 6,000 of the people saw it organically. Because of the number of people who liked or shared it the popularity grew and reached more people.
Each property we market is given a thorough consultation with a staging expert (that we pay for), to determine the best way to stage it. If this is a new term to you, "staging" is presenting your home in the best possible light, by assessing (and adjusting, if needed) aspects of furniture placement, wall colors, artwork, and even landscaping. The way we live in a home is usually much different than the way it should be presented to potential buyers.
The amount of time effort and budget an engaged couple takes selecting their videographer for their wedding applies exactly the same way to us when we selected the perfect drone videographers to create tours for our listings. Our properties will have an INCREDIBLE drone videos that will WOW the buyers.
Responding to the MOST MOTIVATED BUYERS 24 Hours a Day
The most motivated buyers are eagerly searching for the latest properties that hit the market at all different hours of the day. The ones that are willing to leave their phone number to get more information on the home are by far the ones most ready to purchase your home.
